Is there a way to register our QOS level in PacPhone?

I'm not sure what you mean? Can you provide more information. Are you referring to DiffServ values?

Yes that's correct. I need to set it to a specific value.

In PacPhone 2.x you can set the QoS Level in the PacPhone INI file.

But default the following values are used.
[QoS]
DSCPaudio=46
DSCPvideo=26
