General Update for Internet telephony Service Providers

Improvements.
1. Ability to display Account Balance on the dialer and is updated with each call

2. Ability to set a URL (with wild cards) in the gatekeeper which is sent to PacPhone and an icon appears on the toolbar which the user can click to link directly to their Account information. This a new item in the GnuGk 2.2.7 CVS

3. Co-branding kit improved to set and hide the installed gatekeeper and can preset the graphical dialer and installer settings including default audio codec.

4. You can now safely set ProxyForNat=0 in GnuGk if you use the P2Pnat version of PacPhone from the pacphone website. If there is a problem calling then the caller is advised by a message box. There should not be any call failures due to NAT.

5. Macedonian Language support added.

Fixes
1. Some times if the internet connection would go down or gatekeeper restarted PacPhone would not reregister.
2. Ability to turn off the ring of the phone if gateway uses early media
3. Acoustic Echo Cancellation turned off by default to avoid occasional unusual background noise.
