New Features
Display Local Video (Picture In Picture) during a call is now default.

Fixes
Amount display on the dialer no longer rounds to 10c increments.

Improvements
Install process is now 1 installation file. Removing the need to download additional video components.

Update installation has been simplified to avoid confusion with re-adding user information.

Port usage greatly restricted to permit narrow port opening when working behind outbound port blocking firewalls when using P2Pnat Media.
